The Skills Academy aims to provide training for employers of all sizes and for all learners. This includes everyone from new recruits to school and college leavers.
It will promote the sector to new recruits and learners through schools, careers advisers and further and higher education, taking the lead in the power sector’s involvement with Engineering and Science Diplomas. In this way, it will provide companies in the sector with access to a diverse pool of learners.
