The Skills Academy will transform the UK power sector. Through collaboration and investment with employers, we will address the critical skills challenges the sector is facing.
This will be achieved by developing and maintaining a network of high-quality, employer-responsive training providers, who will offer bespoke training and support where it is required.
We aim to deliver skilled employees at local, regional and national level, and will also ensure a long-term strategic view of skills needed within the sector.
