How does it work?
The National Skills Academy for Food and Drink Manufacturing was launched in June 2007 as the one-stop shop for all learning and training in the UK food and drink industry.
It was developed in partnership with the food and drink sector, coordinated by the involvement of key employers and industry stakeholders.
Delivery structure and mechanisms
The National Skills Academy comprises of a UK wide network of accredited training providers who specialise in training in our industry sectors. They have undergone rigorous quality checks and have demonstrated a commitment to offering the food and drink sector with the expertise and specialist knowledge required to meet our industry needs.
The network of providers will continue to grow as the academy develops, ensuring the National Skills Academy becomes the recognised brand for high-quality, specialist and generalist training provision in the UK.
